Mike Scrima - vocals/keys, Tony Scrima - guitar/vocals, Bill Galatis - bass/vocals, Mark Sexton/Paul McIver - drums
Another brainchild of Mike Scrima, AC was a band that had been around almost 15 years before I joined. They had albums, tons of experience touring, and always new material in the works. Needless to say, we hit the ground running after I auditioned for this band. Playing bass for this band was a blast! The music was fun, daring, challenging, and truly unique. A reunion perhaps? We shall see. I was a part of several originals as they were written... hopefully they'll see the light of day soon. (logo artwork by Ernie Chiadonna)

THE BARKING SPIDERS = Jesse Magnuson - drums, Bill Galatis - guitar/bass/vocals
The first School of Rock show was Pink Floyd's "The Wall." I was challenged with the idea to present the songs "Vera" and "Bring the Boys Back Home" (music and lyrics by Roger Waters) with a punk-rockish spin to the students. This is what drum instructor Jesse and myself came up with after a discussion and afternoon of recording.
In the summer of 2008 this was one of the instrumental tunes that came out of an afternoon with Chris Cleveland on bass, Bill Galatis on guitar and Mike Scrima on drums.
Beelzeballz[2006]
Rosie Bruce (ST), Hunter Von Hoof (BG) - all instruments (except where noted), Mike Scrima - drums
Formed out of the idea to have a theme song for my one of a kind wiffleball game, Galadium, Seager and myself started writing songs. So far, we've got "It's Galadium" and "Foul Ballz." Proudly, neither tune exceeds the two minute mark.
Bill Galatis - guitar/vocals, Mike Scrima - keys/vocals, Mark Sexton - drums, Jay Salvo/Chris Cleveland - bass
Sleeprunner is one of my favorite orginal bands to date. We constantly wrote, we played out all the time, I learned so much in only two years of existence. We released an EP entitled "Relive" and although we are not funtioning as a band, we are finishing up an LP, hopefully to be completely in the next 6 months.

March of Sound, brain-child of Mike Scrima, was a fun and inventive band that had been around for a while before I filled in on guitar duties. One of many original projects I worked on with Mike. This latest line up released a 4 song EP, entitled "Fire Sign."

At one point in 2003, I found myself without an original band. I did some internet wandering and came across a Faith No More tribute band forming. I got involved immediately. I made some great, long lastly friends, including Mike Scrima, who I've been involved in several major bands ever since. UITM went on a hiatus around 2004, but opened talks of a reunion a couple years later. The demise of the band came when Mikey Bidz tragically passed away in 2007. He loved this band, he loved Faith No More, he loved music. We'll miss you, dear friend.
Arythmia/Fade the Escape[2003]
Arhythmia/Fade the Escape
Bill Galatis - guitar/vox, Luke Corby/Chris Cleveland - bass, Mark Sexton - drums
Arhythmia marked the first of many collaborations with Mark Sexton on drums and a reunion of sorts with Luke Corby on bass. When Luke left, I was introduced to a friend of Mark's, Chris Cleveland, who was one of the most feel oriented bass players I'd ever played with. A lot of the material born with us saw the stage with Sleeprunner.

The Rise Park[2003]
Matt Squire - vox/guitar, Guy D'nnolfo - drums, Bill Galatis - bass
During my Shaman/Straight Down years, Matt Squire was the recording engineer for The Straight Down's "Day One of Year Zero." He asked me to fill in on bass for his band that was doing a New England tour starting in Vermont and coming back to Massachusetts. The picture above is our first show in the main room of the Higher Ground in Burlington, Vermont.
Throe[1999]
Gregg Higgins - vox, Mike Black - lead guitar, Tony C. - bass, Jerry Lyons - drums, Bill Galatis - guitar
During the Shaman years, I met Mike in college. I was quickly introduced to Gregg and Tony, the three of them, a recently uncomplete band named Throe. Myself and Jerry Lyons had a few jams with them and ended up co-writing a tune called "Mirror Image."

Heroin '99[1999]
Karl Witt - vox, Jerry Lyons - drums, Bill Galatis - guitar
One special day in the summer of '99, the three of us made sweet dark magic in Jerry's basement rehearsal space. We plugged in, hit record, and captured this spontaneous and improvisational moment in time. Not even a musician by trade, this was Karl's first and only experience with a band... a natural.
Jerry Lyons - drums, Seager Tennis - bass,/vocals Bill Galatis - guitar/vocals, Pat Pierce - guitar (Former member: Ryan Karp - guitar)
My first completely original band. Shaman put out the EP "Basement Demos", the Album "Shaman", and than another EP. During our time together, our music was also featured on two extreme vehicle (I have no idea what the sport is actually called) DVD's entitled "Twistability" and "Crawlability." When Pat joined the band, we switched names to "The Straight Down" and released the EP "Day One of Year Zero." (logo artwork by Ryan Karp, Seager Tennis and Rich Raymond)

Jimmy Wang had a Spinal Tap-ish roster of members, but JW seemed to operate the strongest with founding members Bill and Jerry, along with myself and our last joining guitarist, Luke Corby. We performed a few covers and a few sarcasm drenched originals that would both entertain and confuse audiences.
